i woke up this morning with a sore throat and feeling like i was coming down with a cold. according to the package, if you "take at the FIRST sign of a cold symptom or before entering crowded environments" you can ward off a cold.
we'll see. i'm skeptical. but it's worth a shot. i hate being sick.
