In other news, I thought I would be super productive and tried to finish the second sleeve of my dreamcatcher cardigan before classes start up again. I powered through most of the cap shaping and went to check the pattern to translate the notes I had made on the last few decrease repeats. It was a sad (or insert other more flavorful adjective) moment when I realized that I had failed to cast off four stitches on each side at the VERY beginning of the cap shaping. I ripped out the progress I had made and did not ball up the yarn, since I had been using a strand from two separate balls. The project has been pouting in a basket for several days.

i'm trying to figure out how the beam figures into the sky... can't post quite yet but i should have dsl at home by monday! woohoo!
It's looking up (or leaning backwards precariously over the railing) at the stairwell one floor up, so that's not really a beam, it's a horizontal plane.
