sweet potato quesadillas
I went to Mitsuwa today and even though it was around 90 degrees outside (50% humidity), the guy with the grilled sweet potatos was out there doing his thing. It smelled good even though I don't really like sweet potatos. It's one of those age-old mysteries. All signs point to me liking them (sweet, starchy), but for some reason I don't. Anyway, I thought lf might appreciate this recipe for sweet potato quesadillas that is on Furrybanana's site.
