bread

for a long time now baking bread has been a hobby that i've been wanting to take up. unfortunately bread requires you to be in one place for an extended period of time. i'm not so good with that so i've been holding off on the bread making. i did find something cool on the king arthur flour website though. free bread making classes that are touring the nation! there's even a couple stops in california! but for some reason they only go to southern california. what is up with that people? why is northern california being neglected? we need to learn how to make bread too!

with the bread making idea still festering in my mind i came across this article from not martha. a recipe for no-knead bread. hmmmm... maybe i CAN get into bread making.
