A&F is racist!!

Legal confirmation of what we already knew. Forty million admissions by Abercrombie and Fitch that their company is racist. Don't shop there! What can you expect from a company whose recruiting people speak passionately about a corporate office where "everybody looks the same"?

Make your own clothes (this entry is about crafting, really)!

Hollister is a subsidiary of A&F, but I'm not sure if their brand image also has a heavy emphasis on whiteness. My guess would be yes, since they supposedly are going for a California/surfer look and, despite California having an oxymoron-ic ethnic minority majority, people tend to think "blond" when they think Californian.

(revised 11/18... I didn't think the previous post was angry enough.)
