cream cheese lovefest continues

I actually made this awhile ago, but after reading lf's comment about the versatility of cream cheese, I thought I would post the recipe. A few weeks ago, I bought a bunch of chives. I don't think I've ever cooked with them before, so I did a search on epicurious for something to do with them. Lo and behold, there was a recipe for scrambled eggs with cream cheese and chives. You blend the eggs together with cream cheese and chives and then scramble as usual. Yum yum.

Any suggestions on how to use the rest of the chives are welcome.

use them in muffins... sour cream and chive muffins?
