garlic noodles

Awhile ago, I had this craving for garlic noodles and I found this recipe. I've never been to PF Chang's and actually have an aversion to restaurants that try to exoticize Asian food for nonthreatening consumption, but I tried out the recipe and it was good. It wasn't quite what I had been thinking about, but it still made for a good meal. I threw in some bits of fried tofu for some protein.
