in case you're wondering... snickerdoodles that are made correctly, are supposed to be sort of crunchy/cinnamony on the outside and chewy/soft on the inside. this weekends venture however using this recipe turned out resembling a sort of hard cinnamon covered frisbee.

upon further research. it turns out that the recipe that i used garnered only four stars as opposed to emeril lagasse's recipe which garnered five. boo on four star recipes!!!

sometimes the disappointment of a failed recipe is too much for me. so by the time r woke up on sunday morning... he was horrified to find a bunch of cinnamon flavored frisbees in the garbage. "don't do that! i could have eaten those!", he explained... hahaha...
