tia to

I headed back to Ranch 99 today in search of Thai basil and to figure out exactly what it was that I had bought the last time I was there. It turns out that it was tia to, a Vietnamese herb. When I was sniffing it yesterday, I did sort of think it smelled like shiso, which some internet research today confirms. Now what to do with it?

Ooh. That sounds good. And I have these molds from Ichiban-kan in flower and heart shapes. Too bad the leaves are all wilty now because I washed and then didn't use them. Oh well. They'll still taste ok, right? Hahaha.
