cookies!

lo sent me a recipe for carrot cake cookies about a year ago. i belived her but completely forgot about it until the other day when i was contemplating what kind of dessert to make for dinner. carrot cake cookies by martha. yummmmmmmmm... they are soft and a little chewy with a cream cheese filling. there's very little not to like. if you have the time try out the recipe. or you can just bank on good timing and show up at my house randomly. hahaha... i would have taken a picture except for we ate them so quickly that i didn't get a chance! ended up snagging the picture from martha's website instead. =)
