No! Instead, I started knitting this bunny from a pattern by Jess Hutch.

Ever since I made little Robo (I don't know what his adopted name is) over Christmas, I've been wanting to make a knitted mailbox, but haven't gotten around to it. Somehow I think that following a pattern makes the whole process more brainless, even though I also realize that following a pattern means that you can screw up... This little guy is smaller than the knitted cat, so before I knew it, I was at the bowling pin stage. I have these huge buttons for eyes, which makes Bunnette look a little stoned. Oh well. I did find this variation on craftster pretty cute, so I guess I'm going for that eye-size and ear placement.
