cookie update

I broke down and baked the cookies yesterday. They turned out ok, and there wasn't any crazy spreading or anything that might have taken place since I didn't bake them in muffin tins. The only thing is that they aren't exactly the most photogenic cookies (imagine, if you will a round butter cookie). I think that was the main point of the muffin tin, since it makes them perfectly round and slightly concave in the center. Yummy. Nothing too exciting.
