unquestionably my quest for fitness is slightly punishing on the body. having people to work out with that push me however is a good thing. i was able to attend a class that had the word bootcamp in it AND do assorted ab excercises after. unfortunately the only thing that is not sore today is my head!
pros: i'm so tired that there is no thinking associated with my alone time. I’m tired of thinking. I just want to BE in peace.
cons: i can barely move and my shoulder keeps mysteriously popping with no effort being put forth by me. is this normal?
