if you haven't been to santa ramen you really should give it a try. in my humble opinion they have the best tonkotsu ramen in the bay area. the wait is always long (but it is still the best) and watchout because if you go on a tuesday then you are CLOSE (to ramen) BUT NO CIGAR! hahahaha... i apologize if that lame joke didn't make sense. sometimes my sense of humor is a little warped. =) yum.
